Almond Cream Log

Four layers of our family’s traditional almond base divided with almond butter cream

Further glazed in apricot jam and totally enveloped in roasted almonds

Finally dusted with icing sugar and a sprinkle of crushed nougat — a nut lover’s dream

 

Apple Strudel

Our home made puff pastry heavily and generously filled with fresh apples, sultanas and cinnamon

This heavenly slice is baked and glazed with jam

Finished with toasted almond flakes

 

Nutty Hedgehog Log

Our handmade chocolate creation origin was France this is a semicircular log

Approximately 35cm long it contains very thick chocolate and whole almonds

To enjoy this delight one only needs a thin slice
