Apple Boysenberry Cake
Soft apple sponge layered with apple-filled cream and thick boysenberry jam, finished with a glossy boysenberry jelly and biscuit crumb around the sides.
Banana Surprise Cake
Layers of vanilla sponge filled with creamy vanilla cheesecake and fresh banana pieces, finished with a crushed shortbread biscuit edge. A sweet, smooth surprise in every bite.
Black Forest
Rich layers of chocolate and vanilla sponge filled with whipped chocolate and vanilla cream, studded with sour cherries and finished with pure shaved chocolate.
Chocolate Fudge
Rich layers of moist chocolate sponge filled with thick ganache and finished with pure shaved chocolate. Deep, smooth and indulgent — a true chocolate lover’s dream.
Chocolate Meringue Explosion
Layers of chocolate-hazelnut meringue and thick cream mousse with roasted almonds and choc-bits, smothered in a blanket of cream and meringue chips.
Coffee Almond
Moist sponge layered with velvety coffee cream, finished with roasted almonds and chocolate slabs. A balance of sweetness, crunch and depth.
Hummingbird
Moist vanilla sponge layered with bittersweet cream and pineapple pieces, finished with more pineapple, coconuts flakes and a hint of chocolate. A tropical twist that’s both nostalgic and beautifully balanced.

All of our celebration cakes are available in 6”, 8”, 9” and 11” round sizes and 12” & 14” square sizes
For 8” & 9” cakes, one days notice is needed
For 11”, 12” & 14” cakes, four days notice is needed

Yes, you can. For 8”, 9”, 11” cakes, we can write up to three words on top of cake, e.g. Happy Birthday Sam. For 12”, 14” cakes, we can write up to four words on top of cake, e.g. Happy 18th Birthday Sam. Unfortunately, for 6” cakes, limited space does not allow for any message.
